食品伙伴网讯  据欧盟食品安全局消息，2018年12月14日，欧盟食品安全局（efsa）发布了2018年微生物风险评估网络交流会议年度报告。

 

　　欧盟食品安全局微生物风险评估网络科学交流会议已于2018年4月24-25日在意大利帕尔马举行，会议就微生物风险评估相关主题进行了讨论，包括沙门氏菌风险评估、定量风险评估和抗微生物耐药性。

　　among the tasks of efsa, according to its founding regulation （regulation （ec） no 178/2002）， there is the establishment of a system of networks of organisations operating in the fields within efsa''s mission, the objective being to facilitate a scientific cooperation framework by the coordination of activities, the exchange of information, the development and implementation of joint projects, the exchange of expertise and best practices. additionally, the efsa science strategy 2012‐2016 set the objective of developing, together with member states'' competent authorities, multi‐annual work programmes focused on filling data gaps and on setting priorities for data collections.
