黄江膳食管理推荐 欧盟评估22种调味物质的安全性

食品伙伴网讯 据欧盟食品安全局(efsa)消息,近日欧盟食品安全局就22种吡啶、吡咯和喹啉衍生物的安全性发布意见。对于这22种物质,欧盟专家组同意粮农组织/世界卫生组织食品添加剂专家委员会(jecfa)认为将其用作调味物质无安全性问题的结论。另外,欧盟专家组还对1-糠基吡咯等15种调味物质进行评估,并提出一般使用量和最大使用量建议。

the panel on food contact materials, enzymes, flavourings and processing aids of the efsa was requested to consider evaluations of flavouring substances assessed since 2000 by the joint fao/who expert committee on food additives (jecfa) and to decide whether further evaluation is necessary, as laid down in commission regulation (ec) no 1565/2000. the present consideration concerns a group of 22 pyridine, pyrrole and quinoline derivatives evaluated by jecfa (63rd meeting)。
